This year, just a few months before I turned 21, I had the privilege to drink the clean water fresh from the cold mountain spring in New Zealand. While I had that privilege to do so, many of our friends out there, in the less developed country, doesn't even have any water to drink.

While many of us have no idea what it's like to be thirsty. These people have to travel many and many miles just to source some water, let alone say, a clean one.

Every day, about 1,400 children die from diseases caused by unsafe water and poor sanitation. But it doesn’t have to be that way. There are simple solutions like drilled wells, spring protections and BioSand filters that help provide clean water to communities around the world.

I would like to repeat what I had done two years ago for my birthday and pledged my big 21st to help charity: water build access to clean water around the world, and I'm looking for anyone who can help me.

100% of the money will be used to build clean water projects, and when they’re complete, charity: water will send us photos and GPS coordinates so we can see the exact community we helped.
