goal
Hi, I'm Kathryn Anne and I am turning 13 this year. For my birthday, I want to help those that are less fortunate than I am, those without clean water. Every day, about 1,400 children die from diseases caused by unsafe water and poor sanitation. But it doesn’t have to be that way. There are simple solutions like drilled wells, spring protections and BioSand filters that help provide clean water to communities around the world.
So I am starting another campaign to help charity: water build these types of projects for those without access to clean water. Feel free to donate any amount you want. Every dollar counts! I would love to raise $1300 for my 13th birthday.
100% of the money will be used to build clean water projects, and when they’re complete, charity: water will send us photos and GPS coordinates so we can see the exact community we helped.
Donations from my 12th birthday campaign went to Mozambique and I can't wait to see who we can help this year.
Thanks!
