In lieu of my annual St. Patrick's Day party in DC this year, I kindly ask ye to raise a pint o' clear and be in good cheer!
Triple-distilled vodka, vino and beer require clean water, no? How about we offer a bit to find a bit of the good old H2O for others this year.
