There are 800 million people in the world living without access to clean water. Let's change that!
Well Grounded is a coffee shop that is focused on building wells, one cup at a time.
We will do this by donating to charity:water.
Charity:water is a nonprofit organization that is working to end the water crisis around the world. 100% of donations go directly to the clean water projects and they do it in a sustainable way, making sure that people in the community are taught how to maintain the wells and other projects. Clean water is the first step to raising people out of poverty.
This is the first campaign started by Well Grounded. Although we have not yet opened our doors in Omaha, we can still start helping those without clean water.
Christmas is a time when America spends around $500 billion on Christmas gifts. That's more than $600 per person. This Christmas, we want to give more than gifts, we want to give people life.
800 million people are living without clean drinking water on our planet. Well Grounded's mission is to give clean water for Christmas this year. Please join by donating.
