Dear Friends,
Merry Christmas! I’m sorry that your gift will be going to someone else this year. But I think we can all agree that you probably wouldn’t appreciate another boring card or pen or whatever small gift you would have received from me. And you know what? Christmas is not all about the gifts.
Let me tell you about a crisis that’s going on right now as we speak. Almost one billion people in the world do not have access to clean, safe drinking water. Every day 3,900 children are dying from the lack of clean water, something that we should all have. Unsafe water and lack of basic sanitations kills more people than war. But guess what? Just $20.00 can supply one person with water for 20 years. And so this year, instead of buying you all a gift, I will be using the money to bring clean water to developing nations. 100% of the donations will be used to fund water projects. My goal is to raise $5,000 and I can only do this with your help. Let’s make a difference in the world! Have a Merry Christmas!
